Petroleum-Gas University celebrates in 2023 75 YEARS OF ENERGY AND PERFORMANCE IN EDUCATION AND RESEARCH. In a remarkable confluence of events, this year’s iteration of our conference finds itself under the overarching banner of the celebration for the Petroleum-Gas University’s 75 years of contributions to education and research.
The aim of the conference is to provide a forum for discussion on innovative research, in the field of development economics. The impact of digital economy in innovation ecosystems is crucial. Some of the major trends of the future economy are open business, platforms, agile companies, and adaptive ecosystems. Digital economy is the result of technological progress and a major game changer in the economics.
The conference welcomes both empirical and theoretical contributions on general issues concerning four major topics:
- Creative skills challenges in digital age
- Co-creation, living labs and innovation ecosystems
- Innovative open business models and platforms
- Social and cultural impact of building digital economy
Scholars, freelance researchers, and Ph.D. candidates are invited to submit their abstracts related to the topics of the conference and development economics in general to be considered for presentation at the annual conference of the Faculty of Economic Sciences from Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiești, Romania.
The CIDE 2023 international conference of Faculty of Economic Sciences will be held at Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiești, between 8 and 10 November 2023.
The event will take place in hybrid format.
