Submission

An extended abstract (500-800 words) in English should be submitted via the registration form (https://forms.gle/jVe35eRVxGGaxcNQ6), describing the aims of the paper, methodology and preliminary results. The accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Book of Abstracts. All submissions will be subject to a double-blind review process and evaluated for originality, significance, clarity, and contribution.

Full-text versions of presented papers will be proposed for publication in several journals, all of them being indexed in international data bases (papers must comply with journals’ requirements).

Registration fee

• Academics – 50 euro
• Online participants – 30 euro
• Ph.D. Students – 20 euro

Proof of payment must be sent via email by sending it to cide@upg-ploiesti.ro. Please do not forget to note “CIDE Conference 2023” in the payment reference field and make sure that the transfer request shows the name of the participant.

The registration fee includes full entry to all Conference events, Gala Dinner, Coffee Breaks, and Conference Social Networking event, as well as one electronic copy of the Conference Book of Abstracts. All presenting authors will receive a Participation Diploma.
